1. Service
SocialBurst ("the Service") automates publishing of content to third-party social networks on behalf of authorized customer accounts. You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Account & access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials.
3. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate via the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
4. Early access
While the Service is in early access, pricing is not yet finalized. Paid plans will be announced via email with at least 30 days' notice before any change.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination we retain workspace data for 30 days as a recovery window before permanent deletion.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
